Twin stage granulation lines have two stages of granulation : originally on a twin-screw conical extruder, and then on a single-screw extruder. In the result of the destruction process , there could be the structural and morphological changes, caused by diminishing of molecular mass, formation of branches, other chemical groups etc. and thus the substantial worsening of all physical properties. Twin stage processing of polymers allows to avoid eventual material properties worsening.
