Profiled material production lines

Profiled goods - siding, vinyl linings, construction profiles etc. are widely used in building, furniture industry, transport engineering. Geometrical forms and sizes of profiled goods are determined by their using and are very different. For production of profiled goods are mainly used PVC, polystyrene and their compositions. The flowchart of profiled goods production is analogical to the chart of pipes production, distinctions are related to the features of shaping and cooling of asymmetrical profiles with large distinction in a thickness. Profile lines include model aggregates: extruder with control system and loading of raw material, die head, gauge table with the blocks of calibrators and cooling system, haul off unit, cutting and receiving devices.
