Single stage granulation line

The single stage  lines of granulation are intended for the extrusion of polymers, preparation of additives and subsequent receipt of granular raw material from secondary raw material. A twin-screw extruder allows to delete from material low-molecular substances, moisture, solvent and other admixtures. For the facilitation of wastes processing with bad friableness (films, thin  sheets and other) the line is equipped by the unit  allowing to process such wastes, passing the stages of crushing, agglomerating.
