Production of polyester fiber - is quite complex multi-level process.
The main raw material for fiber production is the primary and secondary
granules of PET flex, obtained by recycling of PET bottles. PET melt at
280-320 ° C in the extruder, the performance of which reaches 1-15 kg /
min. Fusion from one extruder is distributed according to the fineness
of the threads for 20-100 of extrusion dies (number of holes in the
extrusion dies for spinning 100-2000, technical yarn-140-280, textile 8-
80, the hole diameter of extrusion dies 0.2-0.6 mm). Trickle of melt
leaving the extrusion die, intensely cooled by air in a special shaft
spinning machine and harden. Number of extrusion dies in a unit ranges
from 1 to 16. In order to remove electrostatic charges, improve the
sliding properties of the fiber it is treated with lubricant. Then it
goes to the receiving device, the design and the speed of which depends
on the type of product produced.
To put this production there are many specific requirements for
premises, communications, location of raw materials and so on an
individual project is created for each customer, given the demands,
wishes and technical capabilities. The line capacity of 3-50 tonnes per
year. It is equipped with machines and units, including a progressive
and innovative technology. The line has a high level of automation,
quality controlled by the computer systems of leading European
countries.
